Angelica De Vito, born in 1995 in Scampia, the poorest district in Italy. Graduated in Law at the Federico II University of Naples, an LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution at the Queen Mary University of London, and a Masters in International Relations and Protection of Human Rights at the SIOI.

She is currently IEF Director of Public Affairs, an Adviser for the Permanent Mission of Costa Rica to the United Nations, as well as being the recipient of a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship at Pace University in New York.

Angelica deals with environmental law and in particular climate refugees, her goal is to develop and strengthen the legal system inherent to the status of climate refugee. In fact, in most of the States the category is not recognized and there are no legal instruments to protect it.
