BIA DINIZ

Bia Diniz is the president of the non-profit organization Cruzando Histórias, which promotes welcoming, professional development, and employability among women.

The initiative was born five years ago from the desperate cry of a mother, Sueli. Her crying touched Bia Diniz, who got up from the sofa to find her. Then she began to listen to people on the streets and created a strengthening and belonging network focused on unemployed women.

Currently, Cruzando Historias is headquartered in São Paulo and also operates online and free of charge for all Brazilian women.
