More than 25 years of tireless work in the field of economics. Struggles in favor of programs aimed at inclusion and against prejudice. Because she believes that everyone should have a chance to know and learn about financial intelligence. Because she believes that equality is a constant struggle and that it is essential to fight prejudice in the world and, finally, to fight for more protagonists’ women in all fields (a reality already present both in the group of judges, team and directors of “The NORNS”)  the Business Woman of the Year 2022 Special Award goes to the Economist and Professor Dirlene Silva.
