Stefany Garcete is a young entrepreneur in the Construction and Real Estate industry with a bachelor’s degree in social science that contributed to making her understand what would be her professional route.

She grew up and lives in an area where the difference between rich and poor people could be seen every day, and firmly believed that to be a game-changer, she should pursue a new career, so she decided to come back to the University. She got a new degree in Civil Engineering, one of the oldest engineering disciplines, because to help people she should be involved in improving existing infrastructures that have been neglected, and also in building structures or facilities such as roads, bridges, pipelines while protecting the public and environmental health and improving the quality of life in peripheral areas.
